Grey High School 1st Cricket Team Fund Raising Auction, is part of their fundraising efforts to send the team to England in 2016.
The team will be touring England for two weeks this year, 19 June – 6 July 2016. During the tour the team will be playing against 10 top English Cricket Schools. Grey Cricket has a proud tradition of producing a number of S.A. Schools and Provincial players who have gone on to represent our National side.
The Grey High School Centrestage/Auction Evening is taking place on Saturday, 11 June 2016, at the Old Grey Club in Port Elizabeth and is one of a number of events planned to assist with the costs of sending the cricketers on tour.
The success of the Auction Evening is dependent on companies donating products or their services which will be sold to the highest bidder by way of a silent auction process. Every person attending the evening will receive information of the donated product or service before the evening. On the night all the auction items will be displayed. The donated products will also be offered to the Grey community via social media, the School Communicator, the MyBid website and the Old Boys database. It’s a wonderful opportunity for your company to advertise to the Grey Community.
